This energising one-and-a-half-hour session is designed especially for women aged 35 and over who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.
We’ll begin with a 60-minute exercise session focused on fun, effective movements to build strength, improve mobility, and boost energy. This is followed by a 30-minute nutrition talk that offers practical, realistic tips to improve body composition and support long-term health.
You’ll also have the chance to connect with like-minded women, share experiences, and support one another on your journey to feeling your best.
